Looking for your own room in a close-knit community of older students? Wallace is for you!

Rooms have been recently renovated with new flooring, paint, lighting and windows. Every floor has common space and a kitchenette equipped with an oven, sink and refrigerator.

Meal plans are not required though there are ISU Dining meal plan options available. Live-in staff are here to help with anything you need. The community also has an on-site fitness center, convenience store, a lot of community space (inside and outside) and plenty of parking! Plus, you’re steps from Campustown!
