House History

Robert Louden was appointed to the Board of Education (Board of Regents) in 1939 and served as Chairman of the Building and Business Committee until his death. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Louden Machinery Company, President of the Streator Products Corporation of Fairfield and was active in community affairs as a member of the library board, board of trustees of Parsons College and Rotary Governor.
