During the summer, a variety of rooms such as small or medium conference rooms and large lounges in the residence halls are available for rental by conference groups living in the area. These may be used for meetings, social gatherings, presentations, etc. Consult with Conference Services Staff about your activity needs to find the most suitable, available space. Room availability will vary depending on other conference groups in the area and facility projects. Rental rates currently vary from $25.00-$40.00 per four-hour continuous time block for smaller rooms to $60.00-$80.00 per four-hour-continuous time block for larger rooms. The charge for special set-ups for Summer 2021 is $32.00/hour labor rate with a one-hour minimum.
