  • Get your keys at the Hall Desk / Apt. Office of your summer assignment.
  • Residence hall students transition to summer assignments in Frederiksen Court. New summer residents with a Session One or Full Summer contract can move in if attending summer school
  • Apartment residents staying for the summer will stay in their current Spring apartment, and will transition to their Fall apartment at a later date (if available)Residents in hot spots* must move out by 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 17:

* Hot Spots

These are locations where construction / conferences begin the Monday after commencement. This means you will need to move a bit earlier (see above). Students in hot spots need to move by 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 17. The following locations are summer 2026 hot spots:
