Your check-in date depends on whether you are a current resident (you live on-campus now) or a new resident, the summer session you will attend, and where you live now. Review the table below and watch your email for more information.

  • Check in hours are Sunday, May 18, 4–7 p.m.
  • Get your keys at the Hall Desk / Apt. Office of your summer assignment.
  • Residence hall students transition to summer assignments in Buchanan New summer residents with a Session One or Full Summer contract can move in if attending summer school
  • Apartment residents staying for the summer will stay in their current Spring apartment, will be able to transition at a later date
  • Residents in hot spots* must move out by 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 18:

* Hot Spots

These are locations where construction / conferences begin the Monday or Tuesday after commencement. This means you will need to move a bit earlier (see above). Students in hot spots need to move by 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 12. The following locations are summer 2025 hot spots:
