Guest Housing Reservations
- Step 1: Complete the Schilletter Village Guest Housing Contract
- Both the Sponsor (full-time ISU employee who serves as point of contact) and the Guest must fill out their respective sections.
- Contract must list a form of billing payment. Failure to list any billing information could delay the reservation process
- Contract may be submitted no more than 6 months in advance and no less than 2 weeks in advance.
- Step 2: Submit the completed contract to housing@iastate.edu
- Step 3: Please allow 2 business days for staff to process your request. We will send you a confirmation email with details about your reservation
- Step 4: Review the Schilletter Village Guest Housing Terms & Conditions
- Step 5: After you have received your confirmation email, you can go to the SUV Community Center on your approved check-in date to receive your keys
- Check-in is only available during business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00a-5:00p, so please plan accordingly.
