Winter Break 202-23: Mailroom Hours
Our residence halls will be open over winter break. We will receive mail and packages during break.
Maple-Willow-Larch, Cornerstone, UDCC, Geoffroy and Wallace will all be open from 3 to 5 p.m. each day during break beginning Sunday, Dec. 18, through Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023 (mailrooms will be closed 12/23, 12/26, 12/27, and 1/2 for University holidays).
The hall desks at Friley, Helser, Eaton, Martin, Buchanan, Linden and Oak-Elm will be closed during break. Please call the RA on duty if you need assistance. Regular hall desk hours in these locations will resume on Wednesday, Jan. 12, at 8 a.m.
Please use your break address for any on-line purchases you make so you are assured of receiving your order in a timely manner. If you get a package after Dec. 17, we will hold it in the mail room over break. Disregard any automated messages from our system – no packages will be returned to sender over break.
