We will re-open the apartment room selection process at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Feb. 14).

In preparation for the re-opening, we’d like to provide additional information about how the roommate group process works. The system takes some time to search for apartments that will fit your group and that all members of the group are eligible for. As a result, it may take some time to show you results. When multiple members of a roommate group are all in the system searching at the same time, it increases the load on the system. As a result, we ask that members of roommate groups designate ONE member of the group to log into the portal and look for available spaces. This will help reduce the load on the system and allow people to move through the process smoothly.

The room selection process for residence halls will be postponed until 9 a.m. on Monday, February 19. This will allow us to continue to monitor the housing portal and ensure both room selection processes works well for everyone.

Thank you for your patience as we adjust our systems to accommodate you in your room search. We are certainly excited to see so many students choosing to live on campus again next year.
