College is hard – 89% of ISU students have felt overwhelmed by all they had to do. If you need help, and are not sure where to go, there are several programs on campus that are ready to help.
Wellbeing Coaching programs are confidential programs facilitated by students focused on providing a safe, confidential space for you to learn about areas of wellbeing that may be affecting you, and the resources of support available. Schedule an appointment here.
Student Counseling Services provides clinical and campus-based services to help you achieve your goals.
FREE telecounseling services are available for ALL students. This includes on demand, 24/7 access/365 day per year crisis counseling. The service offers a broad range of counselors for those looking for a certain background or identity.
Student Assistance helps you with overcoming challenges to be successful. These situations may include, but are not limited to:
- Mental health or wellbeing concerns
- Death of loved one
- Unexpected events or challenges
- Academic challenges or concerns
