House History
Named for Almon Fuller (1871-1961). Fuller served as professor and head of civil engineering from 1920 to 1938. He remained on the staff after giving up his administrative duties until 1957. His research interest was in the field tests of buildings and bridges, the flow of concrete under continuous load and impact of highways. He was co-author of the book, Analysis and Design of Steel Structures.
