Are you looking for a summer job with potential for part-time employment during the academic year? Consistent assessment of the performance of our fire safety system is an integral part of our housing program. Students seeking these positions would be interested in working with team leads as we conduct alarm testing and check on operational status of other fire safety equipment.  Academic year work would be focused on continuing weekly assessment of fire safety equipment in campus housing.

We offer flexible hours and are willing to work with your schedule of summer classes. Students may work up to 40 hours per week during summer.

To Apply: fill out our application and email it to dorservicecenter@iastate.edu. You can also apply in person at DoR Service Center, 0347 Helser Hall
