Are you returning to campus next fall and want to move in early — and get paid, too? We have just the opportunity! We have openings for desk assistants in our residence halls and apartment communities.

A desk assistant provides information, mail services, and supportive administrative assistance to all residents. These functions are varied and extensive. A desk assistant also works closely with a staff of fellow hall desk employees and the hall desk supervisor to develop a cohesive team that serves the residents.

Opening Fall 2024 Desk Assistant

Move in as early as Aug. 18 for no additional cost when you work at one of our residence hall/apartment community desks during Fall 2024 opening, Aug. 20 and 21.

Pay is $13/hour.

In addition to the Fall 2024 opening opportunity, we also have hourly shift openings for the Fall 2024 semester. If interested, apply for one or both positions here.

As a Desk Assistant, you will provide customer service, answer questions, check out loaner materials, possibly sort or deliver mail, and act as a resource to students living in the apartments and/or residence halls.
