This is the last day that current on-campus residents will be able retain their current space for next academic year. If you do not retain your current room by this deadline, your room will be available for others to select. Students who sign after February 8 will have to use the selection process to select their current space if it is still available.
Housing 2026-27: Deadline to Keep Your Current Room
- It is also the deadline to sign a contract AND receive a selection time to choose their new room. Students who signed by the Feb. 8 deadline will be notified of their selection start time on Feb. 11.
- If you sign your 2026-2027 contract after this deadline, you will still be able to select a room, but will have to wait until the end of the process.
