Meet the Staff
Samuel Morales
My Hometown: I was born and raised in Compton, California which is located about 20 minutes south of Los Angeles. Despite moving out and starting a new adventure in Fullerton, California for my undergraduate as well as working professionally, I still visit home as much as I can to stay connected to where I came from.
Why did I choose ISU: Going back to school while already working as a professional was a decision I knew needed to be done. I wanted to choose a program and institution which would allow me to grow both as a person and as a professional, ISU fit this description. I will say, without the help of a colleague I would not have had the opportunity to know about the school. As a proud alum, he told me the great experiences he had while there. Now I am ready to create and live my own experiences as I expand my knowledge and practice for the Student Affairs Profession.
