Starting January 20, you can sign a housing contract to live on campus next fall. The room selection process will begin Feb. 16 and the deadline to cancel contracts without penalty will be March 1.

This year, we will provide students with a selection start time for when the room selection process will be available to you, similar to how students register for classes.

All housing contracts through the Iowa State University Department of Residence are academic friendly, meaning you are not required to sign for a calendar year, and can be let out of your contract for academic-related reasons, like study abroad semesters or internships.
