Recontracting = Continuing Student Contracts and Assignments

Recontracting is the on-line contracting and assignment selection process, held during the spring semester, which allows students to select their own assignment for the coming year.

Recontracting is an active process with many choices and options. Do you want to continue in the residence halls; are you ready to make the move to Upper-Division housing? Do you want a suite, an apartment or a super-single? Does your entire house community want to move somewhere together? The best thing about Recontracting is that you decide what’s most important to you!

Recontracting 2008-2009

Continue Your Adventure in Your Cyclone Home!

It’s as easy as 1… 2… 3…

1. Submit your 2008-2009 on-campus contract.

  • The 2008-2009 Housing and Dining Contract will be available on-line beginning December 3rd on AccessPlus.
  • Contract early! The earlier you contract, the more selection options available to you. However, to guarantee yourself your current room/appartment, you MUST contract by 10:00 pm on the following dates:
    • January 25th = Frederiksen Court (FC), Buchanan Hall, and Wallace Hall residents
    • January 25th = Schilletter and University Village (SUV) residents
    • February 7th = Richardson Court and Union Drive residents
  • If you want to move into an upper-division neighborhood, submit your contract by February 2nd.

2. Explore your options.

  • Read through all of the Where Do You Want To Live options listed below
  • Tour upper-division open houses in January
  • Review the Recontracting Calendar
  • Watch for e-mail, bulletin boards, and newsletters
  • Attend your house meeting after Winter Break (residence halls only)

3. Select your 2008-2009 assignment using AccessPlus.

  • Choose from one of the below Selection Options for more information on selecting the assignment of your choice.
  • Make sure you are selecting your housing assignment for 2008-2009 and not the current semester.
  • Confirm your assignment by logging back into Access Plus-Campus Housing to make sure your assignment is correct.
