Welcome Returning Students
As a returning student, you've experienced the value of convenient campus living by being close to class, dining options, and your friends! We understand that as your college career progresses, your housing needs and wants may change. In addition to residence halls, the Department of Residence offers several options specifically for older students.
Buchanan Hall and Wallace Hall are designed with the upper-division student (19 or older) in mind. Buchanan offers single and double suites. The furnished rooms are connected by a shared bathroom and floors feature dens and kitchenettes. Wallace provides furnished super-single rooms and offers an onsite fitness center, c-store, and community kitchen. A meal plan is not required in Wallace.
If you're looking for apartment life with the campus connection, check out Frederiksen Court or SUV Apartments. Frederiksen Court Apartments are furnished and have two or four bedrooms. Each apartment houses four same-gender roommates. Our two-bedroom SUV Apartments offer one of the lowest rates in town! Mixed-gender roommates are welcome and designated apartments are pet friendly.
