The HD position at ISU and the team supervision I was given allowed me to build a unique set of skills and experiences that laid the foundation for my career in housing. I was provided exposure to a wide range of responsibilities, students and staff that prepared me to work with diverse communities and take the skills I had learned to the next level in my career. The opportunities and support I was given continue to be invaluable to the work I do on a daily basis.
